In the event of claim for insured person:
On the occurrence of an accident or other unforeseen events, the insured person is to contact the emergency calls centre of Iran Insurance Company in Tehran, (021 8809 3322) immediately, quoting the data on his certificate of insurance. If it is not possible to make such an emergency call prior to receiving the services of the doctor/hospital, the insured person is obliged to contact the emergency calls centre immediately after the start of treatment.
