Mehrabian: Iran ranks 5th in terms of cement production
Iran's Minister of Industries and Mines Ali Akbar Mehrabian said Iran ranked fifth in terms of producing cement across the globe.
Mehrabian made the remarks during the inauguration ceremony of the expansion project of Bonab Steel Complex in East Azarbaijan province on Monday morning, July 5,.
He also cited production and consumption of cement as an important development index in every country.
Mehrabian described East Azarbaijan industrial and production activities as proper, adding every three months a development scheme will go on stream in Bonab Steel Complex.
Meanwhile, Iranian President inaugurated the expansion project of Bonab Steel Complex in East Azarbaijan province on Monday morning.
The project includes two production units of Sahand Steel Complex and Shahryar Steel Company.
